CIFO is a primary importance company in the phyto-chemical field. The big experience acquired during forty years activity, the research, experimentation and the production of innovative formulations for agriculture and gardening make CIFO a forefront company and an unavoidable point of reference for everyone involved in this sector. The philosophy of the company, which is now certified ISO 9001, (2000), ISO 14001 (1996) and OHSAS 18001 (1999), is since its beginning oriented towards total quality understood, as real and true company culture, and applied in the activities of design, control and improvement of management and production processes. Furthermore, CIFO is involved in the Responsible Care programme, which promotes the development of chemical industry following principles of environment safeguard, safety and health. Since a few months CIFO is also titled by the mark ICQF, awarded by the Institute for the control of fertiliser quality, an independent body, cooperating with Federchimica and Assofertilizzanti, who after a series of strict controls verified the correspondence of CIFO formulations which all chemical and physical requirements.
